I always get excited when I see a new breed of asshole.

this honestly seems less like “asshole smart car owner” and more “assholes fucking with the smart car owner.”  Those cart return things are pretty easy to move if you’ve a couple pairs of hands, and they usually don’t sit that close to the end of a parking row.

Yeah, if this was done by the guy in the car, then I’m not sure who he’s pranking, other than himself.  Congratulations, you’ve just barricaded yourself inside your own car?
